1. Overview
By engaging the services of 24 Hour Melbourne Plumbers, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms outline the services provided, payment procedures, and client responsibilities to ensure a smooth and professional service experience.

2. Call-Out Fee

  • A standard call-out fee of $39 applies to all service requests.
  • This fee will be waived if you choose to proceed with the quoted work immediately during the visit.

3. Deposits and Payment Terms

  • A 20% deposit is required prior to the commencement of any work to secure your booking and allocate materials.
  • Full payment is due upon completion of the work, and the plumber must receive the payment while still onsite.
  • Payments made over the phone are non-refundable and are the client’s responsibility.
  • Deposit payments are non-refundable as they confirm the work date and required resources. You will be informed of this policy before any work begins.

4. Client Responsibilities and Additional Charges

  • If the high-pressure jetter becomes stuck during the blockage clearing process, the client will be responsible for the retrieval costs.
  • Roof repairs will be treated on a point of elimination basis; reoccurring leaks will incur additional charges.
  • For gas line repairs, if any leaks are found on the appliances, a separate quotation will be provided to rectify the issue, and additional charges will apply.

5. Gas Line Repairs and Appliance Assessments

  • If any issues are detected with appliances during gas line repairs or replacements, an additional quotation will be provided for the necessary work.
  • Work required to address appliance-related leaks is not included in the original quote and will incur further charges.

6. Liability and Limitations

  • 24 Hour Melbourne Plumbers reserves the right to allocate resources based on the deposit received, ensuring timely and effective service.
  • Clients are responsible for any unforeseen circumstances that may arise during the job due to inaccessible areas or pre-existing issues at the job site.
  • Our liability is limited to the service provided and does not extend to any incidental or consequential damages.

7. Modifications and Amendments

  • 24 Hour Melbourne Plumbers reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
  • Any amendments will be communicated to clients, and their continued engagement with our services constitutes acceptance of these changes.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.
  • Any disputes will be resolved within the jurisdiction of Victoria’s local courts.

9. Acceptance

  • By engaging our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. It is advisable to retain a copy for your records.
